Anti-corruption And Judicial Corruption Relevance Discipline Research In China

Anti-corruption is a campaign bonded with the long-term development,complexity,and systemic issues of China and the Communist Party of China.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Party central Committee of CPC has raised the importance of inner-Party self-discipline and self-management to highlight the cultivation of a clean government and anti-corruption while keeps striking on corruption whatever size they are by “cracking down on both tigers and flies”,and continues high pressure towards corruption crimes.So far,precaution and anti-corruption work along with two routines.One is led by CPC and its in-Party self-discipline,using in-Party restrictions and punishments to regulate Party members and penalize any violator;the other is backed with the Administration of Justice by evaluating corruption crime,declaring corruptive officers guilty and sentence certain criminal penalties.When it comes to practice,the Party's anti-corruption and judicial anti-corruption each have advantages and disadvantages.The Party's anti-corruption appears to be more flexible,and high efficient,while judicial anti-corruption manifest fairness and order in a better way as it has more advantages while applying to the law.Therefore,it has become a hot spot on current research that how to make both methods a potent mix to anti-corruption campaign.This article is backgrounded by multiple subjects and tries to analyze connections among these subjects from a judicial angle,and then tries to demonstrating the connections between Party's anti-corruption and judicial anti-corruption with research and analysis on problems these two anti-corruption methods might meet when they conflict,transform,and cooperate.This article will also discuss the combination of both methods and how to optimize such combination.In the end,the author points out three suggestions,first,emphasizes the combination of Party's anti-corruption and judicial anti-corruption;second,strengthens the connections between Party's anti-corruption and judicial anti-corruption;and last but not least,advance the co-force of Party's anti-corruption and judicial anti-corruption,such as enhancing judificialization of Party's anti-corruption,promoting“stage-to-stage management” during anti-corruption period and etc.,in order to provide some benefiting thoughts and discussion for the anti-corruption campaign,thoroughly self-discipline of the inner-CPC,and Chinese socialism nomocracy construction through effectively combining Party's anti-corruption and judicial anti-corruption.
