Study On The Status And Countermeasure Of Rural Hollowing

With the accelerating of the urbanization,a large number of young adult labor force of the countryside surge into city and leads to a lack of major labor force in rural.,then “rural hollowing” phenomenon raised,which is actually a manifestation of unbalanced socio-economic development.As a product of social change,rural hollowing always in a state of change,which can be divided into two stages: hollowing early stage(about 1980 s to 1990s),homogeneous traditional villages because of the rapid expansion of scale and showing a "outside the expansion of the empty" spatial pattern;Later(About the beginning of the 21 st century to the present),the traditional village due to the gradual migration of the population to the town and showing a "people leave the house empty," Rural hollow has become an important factor affecting the sustainable development of rural economic society,and therefore by the majority of scholars,the government and the social media of many concerns.Based on the field investigation of the research area,this paper studies the hollowness of the local rural areas through the analysis of the income and composition of the peasant family,the labor service situation,the age structure,the cultivated land cultivation and so on.According to the results of the survey,there has been a certain degree of hollowing phenomenon in the local area,which is manifested in the seriousness of land reclamation,which seriously restricts the development of the local agricultural industry.There are a series of problems such as age structure fault,left-behind elderly and left-behind children.This paper analyzes the social background,the formation process and the social impact of the rural hollowing phenomenon,based on the above analysis,try to improve from the aspects of rural land planning and management,the promotion of urban and rural integration,the adjustment of rural industrial structure and etc.
