The Enhancement Approaches Research Of Our Citizen's Political Consciousness Under The Rule Of Law In Our Country

In this paper,it takes the political objectives of China's construction under the rule of law as the guiding principle to the China's political consciousness,through in-depth research on the status of China's civil political consciousness,the writer points out the problems and reasons of the existing problems,than analyzed from multiple aspects,including the history of political culture and the institutional reasons at present.In the way of enhancing China's political consciousness,by combining with China's current reality,learning from the successful experience of the construction of political culture of western developed countries,especially the western theory of major thinkers of the Renaissance,the writer discusses the use of a variety of ways to enhance our political consciousness.This paper is divided into four parts:Part one:The writer first discuss the basic connotation of political consciousness,and then discuss our country's political goals of the legal construction?Taking the goals as orientation of citizens' political consciousness,the paper discusses the civil political consciousness suitable to the requirements under the rule of law,the consciousnesses should include freedom,equality,democracy and rule of law consciousness,these kinds of political consciousnesses are Marx's important values of the ideal society?Part two:This paper expounds the problems existing in the political consciousness of our citizens,and points out that the political consciousness is weak and has many adverse effects on the construction of the rule of law?Part three:This chapter makes a deep analysis to the reasons of the weak political consciousness of our citizens,which mainly includes three aspects:The first is the influence of traditional political culture;Secondly,is the influence of the unreasonable factors during the operation of public power;Finally,there are some problems in the legal system that affect the formation of citizens' political consciousness,including the laws that affect the realization of civil liberties and equal rights.Part four:This paper expounds the ways to strengthen the political consciousness of our citizens,and mainly discusses them from seven aspects:The first is to get rid of the morbid citizen consciousness in the process of social development,and promote the formation of political consciousness to meet the requirements of the rule of law;The second is to change the way of thinking,and promote the formation of the political thinking style that meets the needs of the rule of law;Third is the change of the basis of social composition from interest to rights,and promote the formation of equality consciousness;Fourth,we should correctly understand the privilege of justice and establish the concept of substantial equality;Fifth is to establish a legal system signify the spirit of rule of law and people-oriented;Sixth is to improve the education level of citizens and cultivate citizens' belief in the rule of law;Seventh,we should correctly regulate,control and guide the political consciousness of the people?...
