In recent years,the heat of public examination continues unabated,has become almost universal examination.However,it ironnical that grassroots civil service has a high burnout rate.Grassroots police,for example,in the last two years,the gap between rich and poor is widening,the basic pattern of social change is changing,The situation is not optimistic about foreign and international terrorist organizations frequently commit crimes,threatening the stability of the entire world.For the bad Internal and extermal situation,the public security organs bear heavier responsibilities,especially grassroots police station,they are in the first line of battle,working in the frontline,they are regarded as the window of public service for people Responsibilities of public safety agency specific implementation by them.Hovever,the intensity work of public security organs is increasing,job density risk soared.Urgent need plenty of grassroots police force.but Arrangements for the preparation of grassroots police has changed little.At the same time,elashes between police and incidents have away occurred,the media and the public opinion on the police is biased,so Grassroots police has enormous pressure and high burnout rate.This study was designed from the most basic feature of police work,to survey the grassroots police burnout factor.Among them,the workplace characteristics model using Workplace Characteristics theory using model proposed by Hackman and Oldham.Bumout Theoretical Model using three-dimensional theory of Burnout proposed by Maslach.Use questionnaires to collect data,and analysis data to find the correlation.Studies have shown that,at present,most of police has job burnout;operating characteristic five core dimensions have a significant impact on grassroots police's job burnout.Wherein the diversity of skills and job burnout significantly negatively correlated,the other four dimensions of workplace characteristics were significantly positively correlated with bumout.The interviews concluded that the specific reasons is:Poor grassroots police professional level;A serious shortage of the number of police;Poor job autonomy;Further grassroots police psychological quality,professional ability,are the reasons can not be ignored.Binding data analysis,the study proposes to cut police burnout response from the aspect of job redesign and Promote mental health.Among them,For operating characteristics,proposed adding police,the expansion of the police force;scientific orientation of police duties,establish professional police;reasonable certainty workload.Against the police's own energy,mental power quality made:to establish a correct ideological values;enhance their capacity;conducted a long-term career planning;attention to police mental health problems;to create a psychological counseling center.Other aspects:Raise police reasonable remuneration;ensure financial freedom;to establish a broad social support;broaden the career path and the like.
