Research On Legal Issues Of Social Responsibility Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

Along with the development of the socialist market economy,small and medium-sized enterprises in our country has developed rapidly,in such aspects as economic development,employment,taxation,the role of growing.Due to the small and medium-sized enterprises(smes)important role in the process of economic development,its social responsibility to fulfill also gradually aroused the concern of the whole society.However,research on corporate social responsibility in China started late,most of the enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises(smes)perception of social responsibility is not enough,do not reach the designated position,cause the lack of small and medium-sized enterprise social responsibility is particularly serious.Labor strife,consumer dissatisfaction,creditors indictment,community conflict,such problems as environmental pollution,has the serious influence and hindered the coordination of social and economic development,social responsibility for small and medium-sized enterprises,correct understanding and ensure its reasonable performance of social responsibility to help solve such problems.The author thinks that,small and medium-sized enterprise social responsibility refers to the enterprises in the pursuit of profit maximization of shareholders at the same time,take the initiative to maintain the shareholders interests of stakeholders,including employees of the interests,consumer interests,the interests of creditors,the interests of the community,natural resources and environment,etc.This paper to our country small and medium-sized enterprises(smes)concept is defined,and the content,the scope of small and medium-sized enterprise social responsibility,and combined with the present our country small and medium-sized enterprise growth,development and the status of the social responsibility,in the process of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises face such as capital,talent,low competitiveness,innovation ability is low,low management level,the status quo for analysis.The author in the area surrounding a few mses survey found that on the one hand,there is a vague for small and medium-sized enterprise social responsibility cognition,performance of the corporate social responsibility for their own development impetus to such problems as lack of consciousness,cause enterprise social image,brand creation,competitiveness,cannot be compared with large enterprises,weak social responsibility performance.On the other hand through the field investigation of place around the small and medium-sized enterprises,found that the development of small and medium-sized enterprise itself and its performance have an integral connection between corporate social responsibility.The author with some foreign small and medium-sized enterprise social responsibility movement development,comparative analysis,and combining the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,from the workers,consumers,creditors,community,environment,pointed proposed to our country small and medium-sized enterprise society responsibility implementation Suggestions and measures.
