The Lao People's Democratic Republic Government in important national development goals, has made it clear that the importance of education. That is, to 2020,out of the ranks of the least developed countries into the system from the ranks of industrialization and modernization of the country.The Lao People's Democratic Republic is a 650 million people, ethnically diverse countries. Although in recent years, economic development is very rapid, but the country still has about 34 per cent of the population, living standards below every day $1.25,some indicators of education in Asia in the ranks of the backward. Lao People's Democratic Republic is a country in the rural population accounts for the main, engaged in subsistence agriculture population occupies 75% of the country's population.The Lao People's Democratic Republic of China's economic and social development has made great progress, in accordance with the current trend of development, will still be unable to meet the millennium development goal of education, the high school dropout rate means that only 71.1% of the students completed primary school education throughout the 5 years. Approximately half of the primary school is "incomplete" this means, they have only one or two classrooms, or only provide education in primary school grade two or grade three. A very high proportion of close to 30% of the schools do not provide toilets or drinking water for children. In the Lao People's Democratic Republic in the rural areas, one of the most significant features is the food insecurity in these areas, more than 40% of children with malnutrition, this study has a significant negative impact on the school. And distribution of ethnic groups, accounting for about 50% of the population over Laos, often Living in remote, scattered communities, and they did not use the Lao language as their first language. These factors, coupled with the backward infrastructure is severe social challenges facing the Laos government. Lao rural early childhood education rate is very low, only about 22% of the children in kindergarten or nursery school, compared to higher in the urban area of child care enrollment rate compared to the large gap.
