| Marx’s theory of fetishism criticism includes three theories of commodity fetishism,money fetishism and capital fetishism criticism. Fetishism is the starting point of Marx’s critique of capitalist society, it is also an important tool in analyzing phenomenon of capitalist economy. Marx believes that the capitalist society is a society in which goods,money and capital are constantly enriched and developed, but those who are increasingly enslaved and dominated by their own creation, instead of freedom and liberation.Therefore,the capitalist society is a society which is governed by commodity fetishism,money fetishism and capital fetishism.Marx regards the goods as a starting point on research, on the basis of further study on the money and capital, through the criticism of the capitalist society commodity fetishism, and in turn for money and capital fetishism in-depth criticism. Marx believes that commodity fetishism has turned the social relationship between people into the relationship between things and things; currency fetishism is more dazzling commodity fetishism, and it directly turns the social relationship into a monetary relationship,further inverts social relations as natural properties of things; Capital fetishism is the complete form of fetishism, capital fetishism in the capital movement take the form of capital, it turns the creative ability of labor to the social productivity inherent in capital, and the interest bearing capital can automatically added, it has fully displayed the performance of fetishism in the rent of the land. According to the logical thinking from commodity to currency to the capital, Marx put forward the theory of fetishism, Goods fetishism,money fetishism and capital fetishism have a relationship to logical progression, it is a powerful illustration of the reverse performance of capitalist social relations and the temporality of capitalist production relations. Marx’s analyze on the origin of emergence and existence , development mode and eliminate condition of fetishism, gives important clues to criticize the contemporary capitalist society for us, and it has important theoretical and practical significance on correctly understanding and overcoming the fetishism phenomenon under the socialist market economy.This paper studies the theory of fetishism, mainly from the following five parts.Part Ⅰ : Literature review. This part mainly collecting the research data about Marx fetishism theory, on the basis of studying of the of critique theory of Marx fetishism,understand the domestic and foreign research status on the theory of fetishism, clear the direction of studying Marx’s theory of fetishism criticism.Part Ⅱ: This part mainly from the religious criticism and alienation thought and the fault of capitalist society, analyzing the background of Marx’s theory of fetishism criticism.Part Ⅲ: Analyzing of the meaning of fetishism, understand the alienation,materialization and other relevant concepts, and this paper expounds the commodity fetishism, currency fetishism, and the basic concept of capital fetishism.Part Ⅳ: This part is the main content of the article, through the criticism of the commodity, money and capital fetishism, them have a relationship to logical progression,it is a powerful illustration of the reverse performance of capitalist social relations and the temporality of capitalist production relations.Part Ⅴ: This part expounds the contemporary value of Marx’s critical theory of fetishism. Under the guidance of Marx’s critical theory, this paper analyzes and criticizes the phenomenon of fetishism under contemporary capitalism and socialism, and provides important enlightenment to overcome the fetishism, and demonstrates the contemporary value of Marx’s theory of fetishism criticism. |
