It is estimated the elderly population would reached over 25% of the total population by 2030. In the face of China's large population base and fast growing elderly etc, how to use effective ways to deal with aging population crisis, dissolve the pension problem is difficult. The whole society needs in urgent to solve the problem so that older people can enjoy a peaceful rest lifetime.Community is the foundation of the whole society. It is made up of a number of life associated social groups gathered in a certain area. Community endowment will become one of the main pension service models in the future. But in the stage of social transformation, community endowment service has showed some uncoordinated points,such as incomplete social security system, much history debt, and regional unbalanced development between urban and rural areas, staff gap and professional quality uneven.Therefore, the study of our country community endowment service for alleviating the pension pressure from an aging population is of important theoretical and realistic significance.The paper, collected the community endowment pattern theory books, academic papers and other documents at home and abroad in recent years, through the literature reading and analysis, concluded related concepts of the community endowment patterns.By learning the successful experience of western community endowment and analyzing the present situation of our country community endowment pattern, the paper put forward some countermeasures of perfecting the community pattern; Instance analysis is mainly the real problems and policy research.
