Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Endowment Service In Anshan City

With the development of medical level and the acceleration of urbanization in China,the life span of urban residents is generally increased,the number of elderly people is rising,and the problem of old-age care is coming out.How to solve the current huge pressure on the elderly,has become a world issue.Community pension,which combines the characteristics of family and institutional pension,can meet the different needs of the elderly conveniently and quickly,so it has been paid more and more attention by every country and society.At present,the theoretical research on community pension service in academia mainly focuses on the first-tier cities and regions with more developed economy,due to the different level of economic development and cultural environment in different areas.There are also differences in the level of community service for the elderly in different regions.Based on the actual situation of Anshan City,under the guidance of new public service theory,welfare pluralism theory and community care theory,this paper investigates and studies the present situation of community pension service in Anshan City by means of literature research,interview and so on.Through the analysis of the research results,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the community pension service in Anshan City,and explores the reasons for the problems,on the basis of drawing lessons from the typical experience of community old-age service at home and abroad.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the community pension service in Anshan,that is,to clarify the role of the government,to realize the cooperative participation of the multiple subjects,to strengthen the propaganda and the construction of the talent team,and to perfect the supervision and evaluation system.
