Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Urban Community Elderly Service In My Country

Currently,China has entered a period of rapid population aging,and it is urgent to cope with the challenge of population aging.How to allow more and more elderly people to live in their old age has become a major issue facing our government and society.The government and society must attach great importance to it.Meanwhile,the traditional family pension model and institutional pension model have many shortcomings,which can't meet the needs of the rapid growth of the elderly population.In this context,as a new way of providing for the aged,the implementation of community pension service plays an increasingly important role in the role of providing for the aged,and has important practical significance to alleviate the severe pension situation faced by China.Based on the theories of welfare pluralism,community care and Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this paper makes a comprehensive demonstration through the methods of literature analysis,investigation and comparative analysis.In this paper,the development process,practice mode,service content,service form,service place and service personnel of the current urban community pension service in China are reviewed,and a case study on the development of the community pension service in Dunhua road street of Qingdao is carried out.Based on this,this paper concludes that there are some outstanding problems in the current urban community pension service in China,such as imperfect legal norms,incomplete infrastructure,insufficient capital guarantee,lagging team construction,limited form,content and coverage,etc.At the same time,it draws lessons from the experience and practice of the urban community pension service in Japan,Britain and the United States.Finally,it puts forward five suggestions to improve the urban community pension service in China,such as further improving the legal norms,improving the construction of urban community pension service facilities,increasing investment in security,expanding the urban community pension service team,and enriching the content and form of urban community pension service.
