The Research Of Urban Elderly Community Endowment Service Problems

The speed of urban social development is very obvious in performance especially after the reform and open policy, and it has improved the living standard of the urban residents,they pay more attention to body maintenance.With the improvement of health and the medical technology, the urban residents has increased life expectancy, which makes contributions to the population aging. In the process of the aging of the population in our society,the pension problem has beca me an important problem of the concern of the whole society, national pension policy, social end owment mode, an ageing society related research become a hot topic in sociology research in re cent years. Aging problem not only exists in China, but also the problem confronted by the worl d. Because of the level of the social development and the reality of the country’s economic stren gth, China’s pension mode and the social security mode has its own characteristics, urban elderly community endowment service problems research can improve social pension model and raise t he level of urban elderly endowment and make the urban residents to increase life expectancy.In this study, through the study of literature research, combing the development of the urban elderl y community endowment service in the domestic context, analyzing different scholars and com munity endowment enterprise development and the research takes Changchun Erdao district Do ngrong community as an example. This research mainly adopts literature research, questionnaire investigation, case interview method and observation method, based on the embedded social the ory and activity theory, combined with domestic and foreign research achievements of communi ty endowment service work, for the elderly in the community, from the gender, age, level of edu cation, health, and economic conditions and other factors to investigate the community participa tion and satisfaction of different gender, age, level of education, health, and economic conditions.To the further understanding of the community to provide daily life, health care, spiritual comf ort, and meet various needs of the elderly to maintain the law status, summed up theq problem o f the current community endowment service type single, shortage of funds, community service p ersonnel quality is low, the lack of professional staff, management, service level is low. From th e elderly life care, family services, health care services, the guarantee of the spirit, the conscious ness of rights and interests of maintenance’s improvement,the community endowment service, b roaden the sources of funding channels, strengthening the community endowment service human resources training to promote community service personnel of full-time volunteer mechanism and so on, puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.
