The Study On The Status Quo?Problems And Countermeasures Of College Student Party Members' Selection

A case study of a university in Hubei province,the study on the status quo, problems and countermeasures of college student party members' selection .This research on the status quo, problems and countermeasures in the process of party member selection from university students is based on the party construction theory of Maxist theory and is on the basis of the party member selection in different historical periods, with the articles of association of the Communist Party of China and the development of the Communist Party of China party member work regulations(try out) as a guide, with the method of combining theory and practice of insisting on the party member standard, strictly the party member the selection of the basic process. From the four different perspectives of college students themselves, the basic-level party branch department, party in college and party school, this essay is to elaborate the present situation and problems of university student party member selection process, aiming at the existing problem of the main body,to work for path to explore the selection of party members among college students.In the first part, the author elaborates the related concepts of college students,college student party members and college student party members' selection, discusses the theoretical basis of the selection of Communist Party members and the development process of the selection theory of the Communist Party of China. In the second part, this part , a case study of a university in Hubei province, systematically explains the status quo of the selection of college student party members, the most important of which is to sum up the achievement and progress of the current selection of college student party members, providing other colleges with reference and inspiration for the development of party construction. In the third part, it analyzes the problems existing in the four subjects of the selection of college student party members, sees through the appearance to perceive the essence ,realizes the problems in the process of selection and the areas that need improvement, summarizes the lessons and improves the selection status of college students party members. In the fourth part, aiming at the present situation and existing problems of the selection of party members in a university in Hubei Province, it puts forward the specific and innovative opinions, innovates the path of selection of college student party members, and guarantees the overall quality of college students' party members, so as to comprehensively promote the party construction of college students smoothly.
