Research On Supply And Demand Situation Of Community Home-based Aged Service In Beijing

China has entered the aging society in 2000. Such a large elderly population base, the aging trend, old before getting rich, all of these has brought serious pressure and challenges to our society. In this context,community home-based aged care combines the advantages of family-care and the institution-care, and it is one of the significant ways to solve the problem of elderly living at home. Based on the diversified needs for community home-based aged service of the elderly, studying the content of old-age service and effective supply form has a great significance for improving the utilization of resources, promoting supply and demand matching, and alleviating the increasingly severe pressure on the elderly.Based on the review of domestic and foreign literatures and review of the aging process of Beijing population and the development of community home-based aged care, this paper takes Yayuncun subdistrict as an example,which started early in this area. The research is mainly divided into seven chapters. Chapter I is an introduction, describes research background, purpose and significance, explains research thoughts and methods. Chapter II conducts a literature review, defines the main concepts of the article, systematically summarizes domestic and foreign related research, and elaborates the relevant theory. Chapter ? analyzes the characteristics of population aging, the relevant policies and development process of community home-based aged service in Beijing, describing the background of it. Chapter ? and Chapter ?are the core parts of paper. On the basis of empirical research to the Yayuncun subdistrict, these parts describe supply and demand status, and analyze the demand and usage as well as the satisfaction of the elderly to the current community home-based aged services, which make a description of the match situation between service supply and demand, then summarize and analyze the problem in it. On the issues, Chapter ? puts forward some suggestions to alleviate the contradiction between them. According to the above discussion,Chapter ? is about summary and prospect of the research.
