| The revised "labor contract law" of the People’s Republic of China was formally implemented in 2013, and the main contents of the reform were focused on the issue of labor dispatch. Four years later, the author want to know if the revised "labor contract law" in practice has been effectively implemented, in the form of questionnaires and telephone interviews. This paper introduces the motivation and the main content of the "labor contract law",the second chapter mainly introduces the visual display of the data analysis of the survey, and analyzed one by one which reflects the problem.The third chapter will revise the terms of "labor contract law" and the case of this research by combining the existing problems of labor dispatch companies access conditions. The fourth chapter is the reflection and improvement of China’s labor dispatching system. |
