A Study On The Pressure Of Policemen At The Basic Level In The Capital

With the construction of service-oriented government, China's civil service is facing a hitherto unknown challenge, especially the grassroots police team in dangerous work, long work time, complex contents, strict management system to bear is much higher than that of other civil servants occupation pressure. And this pressure is more because of poor communication with the family, social expectations and public opinion is more intense impact. In recent years, studies have shown that the pressure of grassroots police has gradually affected the basic police's physical state and mental state, to the grassroots police's physical and mental health has brought adverse effects. In order to understand the source of pressure and pressure of the situation and try to suggest measures for decompression,we take the Beijing City Public Security Bureau of Haidian police station as a sample, the corresponding research on the capital pressure problem of grass-roots police. Choose this as the research sample is mainly from three aspects: firstly, the capital as China's political center, in order to environmental management are more stringent regulations than the general area, grassroots police work pressure is more prominent; second,Haidian District branch as the sample is all because of the Haidian District characteristics the Public Security Bureau police station has first-tier cities in general, typical in the study; third, to the police station as the sample is because the police as a grass-roots organizations of public security organs, universality of general police, on behalf of the majority of our grassroots police.The overall structure of this paper is mainly divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction, this paper expounds the background and significance of the research, the research method of this paper and expounds the basic concept of them; the second part is the literature review, analysis of the pressure related classical theory, and expounds the current situation and research status the domestic and international related research; the third part by questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the pressure of capital of grass-roots police, and tries to analyze the influence of pressure and pressure on the main form of police;the fourth part analyzes the main factors of stress. The fifth part proposes the corresponding decompression mechanism establishment suggestion.The last part is the conclusion of this paper.In general we believe that to alleviate the burden of grassroots police must first do is to position the grass-roots police and the content of a basic definition, not to let the non police affairs too many police occupy the rest time. The second best for police's personal ascension has a complete and systematic planning, do not blindly too many assessment on the spoil things by excessive enthusiasm. Third, it is best to solve the problem of stress and contradictions to reduce pressure on the police pressure. Finally, we believe that the police should build more emotional transfer mechanism to the community and family care for the police decompression. Namely, through interview and questionnaire, we can see that the main pressure source of grassroots police on four aspects of work,life, society and individual differences, and proposed to carry on the relief,must be improved from the four aspects of constructing the psychological coordination mechanism, construct the mechanism of resolving contradictions and constructing emotion transfer release mechanism,construction the reasonable evaluation mechanism etc..The police road safety line repair and maintenance has become the most urgent task in China's current political system, increase grassroots police occupation for pride, increase people's sense of identity for grassroots police force, increase the state for protection of grass-roots police, strengthen the government for the management of grass-roots police, let the police can play the law enforcement power, to maintain justice, real responsibility to fight crime and protect the people, promote justice.
