A Study On The Mobility Of Foreign Terrorist Fighters

In this paper,the study of the groups and their movements of foreign terrorist fighters is carried out,first of all,from the three elements: "foreign","terrorism" and"combatants" Comprehensive definition.Then,taking the flow of foreign terrorist combatants in the Syrian conflict as the background,and taking the western countries with the most serious threat,the author puts forward the "thrust-pull" motive model of the movement of foreign terrorist fighters,Thrust "and the" rally "of the destination country,the interaction of the two forces allowed the movement of foreign terrorist combatants to be completed.For the Western countries,the biggest threat is facing the return of foreign terrorist combatants,the return of terrorists in Europe to create a number of terrorist attacks,this paper discusses the reasons for the return,the analysis of the Western countries facing the return Of the measures,including "hard measures","soft measures" or "soft and hard combination."At the same time,this article also points out that in the transnationalization of foreign terrorist combatants,China has been very difficult to do so,there have been many terrorist terrorist incidents in the country.To this end,China should keep up with the international anti-terrorism situation changes in time to counter terrorism countermeasures,good at drawing lessons from foreign anti-terrorism governance experience.On the basis of drawing lessons from the western countries' countermeasures,this paper puts forward the revelation which is beneficial to our country,that is,it is necessary to pay attention to the development of vocational education and the aftermath of the released personnel for the radicals and ideological "de-extremeization".This paper mainly discusses several counter-terrorism measures in China from the perspective of social construction.The economic and political construction of the past has made no small achievements,but the problem of terrorism is still prominent,mainly because of the serious lag of our country's social construction in the border areas,Therefore,China's counter-terrorism measures should pay attention to several aspects of social construction to raise people's awareness of anti-terrorism,strengthen community control.In a word,improve education and employment and social construction is imminent,which is the need for a fundamental cure.
