The Social Responsibility And Lgeal Regulation Of Catering Enterprises In China

As we all know,food production and management is closely related to people's life.As a way of food management,food and beverage services are also very closely linked to people's daily life.Compared with other food enterprises,food service enterprises have its unique characters such as large volume,small and micro businesses,wide distribution,various business forms,short product sales cycle,which brings great challenges to the regulatory authorities.Besides that,although the catering service industry is for all members of society,but for a single catering service enterprises,its premises is fixed and its dishes can't flow across regional,so the reception of customers for this kind of enterprises is very limited,which makes the victims of catering enterprises is often one or several unconnected individuals,that leads to the numerous problem of small catering enterprises are difficult walk into the public view.The root of this series of problems lies in the lack of social responsibility of catering enterprises.The research on the social responsibility of enterprise have been a long time and acquired remarkable achievements,both in domestic and foreign countries.But as for the specific social responsibility of the catering enterprises,and how to realize that kind of social responsibility,we still have no answer for that.Under the background of governing the country by law,study on the legal problems of catering enterprises social responsibility has become an urgent research topic.In order to carry out more in-depth study,I specially take catering services out of the food industry,combining with the unique characteristics of catering services and the related laws and regulations on this problem to make further discuss.Based on the relevant research on domestic and abroad to elaborate and definite the important concepts of catering enterprises,then figure out content of their social responsibility.Compared with the status of our catering enterprises to find out some problem which existing in our enterprises,and further summarizes the reasons of these problems,then put forward the corresponding solutions from four aspects on the main lines of legis lation,enforcement,law abiding,law supervision,namely improvement of legislation,adjustment of law enforcement,social supervision,enterprise law abiding,wishing to promote the healthy development of catering enterprises,improvement of people's life and the harmony of the country.
