In 2010,Myanmar conducted a multi-party national election that officially opened the democratic transition.However,this so called irreversible revolution does not terminate the conflict and turmoil in Myanmar.During the process of democratic transition,anti-Chinese sentiment that even caused violent incidents in Myanmar is growing up.This phenomenon has also become an important trigger point for the transformation of Sino-Burmese relations and the change of China's foreign policy.In the context of globalization and anti-globalization in international society,Myanmar's political transition is of great significance to understand contemporary political problems in Third World countries.Based on the international background and democratization situation,to find out the influencing factors of Myanmar's anti-Chinese sentiment from three main aspects that include government,market and civil society.Years of control by the corrupt military government lead to moral legitimacy dilemma for China's trade projects.The competitive disadvantage of an open market economy creates the psychology of “Chinese are predators”.Also the liberal media environment and active civil society gradually form the elite-guide-populism.Taking Myitsone as a specific case to explain the influencing factors of this phenomenon.With the new perspective that combine the great changes of Myanmar and anti-Chinese sentiment to analyze the nature of the problem,and put forward some corresponding countermeasures for China's foreign policy adjustment,including changing the behavior of Chinese enterprises and strengthening the ties with Myanmar's non-governmental organizations and correctly guiding the mainstream media.
