Research On Preventive Countermeasures Of Minors’ Campus Violence Crimes

In recent years,the violent crimes committed by minors on campus have seriously threatened the safety of the campus and even the society.They have serious harm to the physical and mental health of teachers and students.At present,the scale and degree of crimes committed by minors in the school campus continue to deepen,and their forms of expression are becoming increasingly complex and must be given sufficient attention.In order to solve the problem of violent crimes committed by minors in school,in recent years,various agencies or units have done their best to do their part.As the so-called preventive measures,we should regulate the behavior of juveniles in a timely and strict manner so that there is no ground for criminal factors.Therefore,it is necessary to make a profound study of these issues and to study the status of juvenile violence in schools.With the characteristics,analyze the reasons from a pertinent point of view,so as to ensure the prevention and management of minors’ campus violence crimes.Only in this way can we create a campus that is safe in sunshine,cultivate students who are happy,and contribute to the stability and prosperity of the entire society.This article has four parts,each part discusses as follows:The first part is an overview of minors’ violent crimes on campus.In this part,the concept of campus violence is firstly defined,which defines the concept of violent crimes committed by minors in this study and provides a basis for the discussion of the full text.The second part is the classification and characteristics of juvenile campus violence crimes.In this section,47 cases of violent crimes committed by minors in the past five years have been collected online from Chinese referees.The school violence crimes committed by minors are divided into violent crimes caused by physical violence.There are three types of violent crimes in campus caused by violent crimes in schools and sexual violence,and the features of campus violence crimes of minors are summarized through the collection of relevant data and the analysis of 47 cases.The third part is to analyze the problems existing in the regulation of juvenile violence in schools in China.This section analyzes the problems concerning the regulation of juvenile campus violence crimes through the legislative,judicial,management and legal awareness levels.The fourth part is the prevention countermeasures for juvenile violence in schools.It is also the final conclusion discussed in this paper.In response to the questions raised in the third section,the corresponding countermeasures to prevent minors from committing violent crimes in schools are described in the four levels of legislation,justice,management,and legal awareness.I hope that through the discussion in this article,I can provide new ideas for the study of the prevention measures against minors’ violent crimes in schools,and also make every effort to reduce the phenomenon of violence committed by minors in schools.
