Research On The Integrated Model Of The Administrative Internal Supervision In A Cheng District

The main function of internal supervision of government administration is to supervise and restrict the operation of power.It is an important guarantee for the administrative organizations to exercise the administrative power reasonably according to law.In the governance system of modern society,governance system can not be separated from internal supervision of government administration.Now,China has initially formed a set of administrative internal supervision system with Chinese characteristics,but there are still a lot of problems and shortcomings,the existing administrative internal supervision system is not fully adapted to the needs of economic and social development and reform and opening up in china.The existing government administrative internal supervision system in A Cheng District also has this problem and has been completely unable to meet the needs of building a government and society ruled by law in the new era.From the perspective of administrative system reform,this paper explores the integration model of government administrative internal supervision in order to provide effective and feasible model for the improvement of the internal supervision system of the government in the future.In this paper,it is to choose administration internal supervision integration mode in A Cheng District as the subject investigated,mainly adopting the case analysis method,literature research method,comparative analysis method and the comprehensive comparison method to study.On the basis of the theory of administrative internal supervision,combined with the current situation of A Cheng District administration,the existing problems of administrative supervision in A Cheng district are analyzed.The main causes of these problems is the existing administrative internal supervision mode lags behind the needs of social development.In this paper,it puts forward four elements interaction construction of the A Cheng district administrative internal supervision integration mode,through the analysis of the necessity of constructing the model and the correlation analysis of the four factors,it is considered that the operation of the integration mode of theadministrative internal supervision is the unified exercise of the administrative internal supervision power by the highly integrated department,multiple subjects participate in the supervision right,four elements of the process and give full play to win.And Carry on feasibility analysis on this mode from four aspects,such as law,policy,economic benefit and practical operation,etc.Finally,this paper puts forward the policy suggestion on the construction of the integration model of government administration,that is,to perfect the system construction of the integrated model,and to integrate the internal supervision power;structure the operation mechanism of the integration mode;Strengthen the team construction of the internal supervision department of the government administration;scientifically design administrative internal supervision process,and other four aspects of the policy recommendations.
