The Beneficiaries Of Prison Police Duty Crime Analysis

In this paper,type the beneficiaries of prison police duty crime in our country as the research object,based on the research of the typical cases,from the beneficiaries of the prison police duty crime present situation,characteristics,harmful to the society and other aspects,to explore the deep reason of this kind of crime,thus to put forward the prevention programs targeted,warning and punishing criminals,prevent and reduce crime.In this paper,according to "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving" the thinking of system analysis,for from the system level to prevent and punish the beneficiaries of prison police duty crime to provide strategic guidance,improve the existing legal norms,fill the blank of the related legal point of view,to seek effective method to prevent and reduce the duty crime,for the prevention and correction prison police duty crime in practice provides guidance and help,for the realization of the rule of law against corruption to make theoretical preparation.
