Research On The Parties Synergyin Evidence Based Community Correcion

Practitioners working in the Community correction play a very important role in community correction activities.However,under the traditional community correction model,the legal rules regulating the Quartet are too few,and the four parties take actions on their own in the practice,which decentralizes the corrective resources and corrective power and hinder the community correction's development.Thus,this paper intends to carry out collaborative research on evidence-based community correction and how to promote the synergistic cooperation of evidence-based community correction from the law theory and practice levels.To be specific,we not only need to perfect the local laws and regulations,but we also need to introducie the synergy theory to promote the Quartet co-operation.On the one hand,this research can enrich the connotation of the main bodies of the evidence-based community correction.On the other hand,it can also be closely linked to the four main practitioners in order to help the them form a corrective force to improve the ability to solve the problem.In the beginning,the dissertation explains a series of basic concepts related to evidence-based community correction,In addition,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and realistic basis of the coordination in the evidence-based community correction and then introduces the United States,Canada,Australia and other countries' experiences about how to improve the cooperation in the evidence-based community correction practice,in order to produce the main reference to the China's evidence-based community correction.Last but not the least,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the cooperation among the four parties in the field of evidence-based community correction in our country on the basis of summarizing the problems which exist in the coordination of community corrections and the experience of the subjective community corrections in western countries.
