Study On Formulating Evidence-based Community Correction Scheme

For correction improvement,an evidence-based community appears,so as to resolve the problems,such as simplification and unequal correct relationship of traditional community correction in China.It is very important to formulate an evidence-based community correction scheme.Thus,what kind of an evidence-based community correction scheme is and the way to formulate are of great significance for correction quality improvement.This article uses "evidence-based" as the methodology and develops a unified and completed program of how to formulate an evidence-based community correction scheme,with a combination of theories such as philosophy,psychology,sociology,etc..Actually,communication between community correction workers and offenders is a bidirectional interaction of inter subjectivity.Under the Intersubjectivity Theory,offenders' dominant position and personal willingness shall be fully respected,and community correction workers and offenders should have a mutual respect and cooperation,so as to make formulation of the evidence-based community correction scheme come true.Each correction scheme means an innovation,and to formulate it under the diffusion of innovation theory will increase its innovation and values,so as to make it more easily to be accepted and implemented.In this article,Intersubjectivity Theory and Diffusion Of Innovation Theory are fully implemented during the whole strict formulation of this correction scheme,which is based on equal correction relationship and takes best evidence as the core.These following steps are included when formulating the evidence-based community correction scheme,analysis of problems and advantages of offenders,best evidence determination,scheme formulation,evaluation,optimization,etc..Corrections of target,agreement,program and assessment and so on are included in the content of the evidence-based community correction scheme.
