| Evidence-based community correction can greatly improve the scientific nature and effectiveness of traditional community correction,and play an important role in criminal correction and saving judicial resources.Therefore,what kind of evidence-based community correction program to develop and how to guarantee the effective implementation of the program are very important for the establishment of evidence-based community correction system.The main research purpose of this paper is to develop evidence-based community correction programs that can solve these problems and contradictions to a certain extent,and put forward corresponding safeguard measures to provide guarantee for the formulation and implementation of evidence-based community correction programs.This paper takes evidence-based as the methodology and combines philosophy,psychology,management and other disciplines to sort out the connotation of evidence-based community correction,introduce the origin and development of evidence-based correction,the connotation of evidence-based community correction,and summarize the characteristics of evidence-based community correction by combining the characteristics of evidencebased correction and the connotation of community correction.Aiming at the problems existing in the existing community correction programs,namely,the professional team of evidence-based correction has not been established,the correction program is single,and the correction effect needs to be improved,the causes of these problems are analyzed.Through the theoretical basis of evidence-based correction: positivism,humanism,intersubjectivity theory,social constructivism,and six principles of evidence-based correction: the principle of combing and integrating the accurate assessment of risks and needs,the principle of enhancing intrinsic motivation,the principle of targeting intervention,the principle of targeting skill training,the principle of enhancing positive reinforcement,the principle of processing evaluation and measurement evaluation feedback,a complete set of evidence-based community correction program formulation procedure is proposed,and the preliminary preparation and formulation steps of the program are emphatically discussed.Finally,two safeguard measures for the establishment of evidence-based community correction programs are put forward: the establishment of evidence-based community correction system;To ensure the effective implementation of evidence-based community correction programs,the four parties should play a synergistic role. |
