Research On The Supervision Of Administrative Enforcementof Law Based On We-media

We-Media has strengthened the supervision of administrative enforcement of law,it also has some influence on the administrative law enforcement.Law-based administration is an important part of manage state affairs according to law.How to use the positive energy of the media to promote scientific and fair administrative enforcement of law is worth considering.The thesis contains six parts,the first part is introduction,it mainly discusses the research background,research significance,research methods and the innovation of the article,this article is aims at how to make full use of the positive energy of the media to promote the scientific and impartial research of administrative enforcement of law,so as to speed up the pace of socialist democracy and the rule of law.The second part is mainly discusses the We-Media and its influence on the social life,including the definition of the concept of the media,the characteristics of themedia,and the impact of the media on social life.Through the media from the media and the classification leads to the definition;analysis of popularization,namely interactivity,openness,timeliness,convenience and personalized features of media;the influence from the media brings to the social life,since the media has accelerated the dissemination of information,make the society more open and transparent,to produce a wide range of influence on politics and economy and culture,change the public values,impact on social law.The third part is mainly discusses the present situation of the supervision of administrative enforcement of law,including the conception of administrative enforcement of law and the supervision of administrative enforcement of law,the classification of the supervision of administrative enforcement of law,and it's objects and contents,existing problems of the supervision of administrative enforcement of law.The fourth part,mainly discusses the media's influence on the administrative enforcement of law,including the positive and negative influence on the administrative enforcement of law.Positive effect,first of all,from the media to promote the process of administrative enforcement of law,the government information publicly,public opinion can effectively convey;Second,since the media to promote the administrative enforcement of law is more fair,improve the credibility of the administrative organ;In the end,which helps to expand the publicity of administrative enforcement of law,to speed up the construction of socialist democracy under the rule of law.Negative impacts,first of all,in the perspective of media,the administrative organs of the faults are more likely to be amplified,and second,mistakes and distorted information for the administrative organ of credibility,hinder the administrative enforcement of law,and finally,the one-sided information make it easier for the administrative organ being misunderstood.The fifth part is the emphasis of this thesis,thinking about how to make use of the positive energy of media to strengthening the supervision of administrative enforcement of law,mainly from the administrative organs,administrative law enforcement personnel,users,the principle of information disclosure,improve laws and regulations of the five different point of view,first of all,the administrative organs should take the right attitude with the media,the media to improve the coping ability;secondly,to enhance the ability of law enforcement of personnel quality,convenient and efficient law enforcement;thirdly,the public should correctly use from the media,the legitimate exercise of the right to freedom of expression,the right of supervision of administrative enforcement of law;administrative law enforcement departments must adhere to the information disclosure system,increase the transparency of administrative law enforcement;finally,the perfection of laws and regulations,the media supervision on administrative law enforcement of legal order.The sixth part summarizes the main content of the research and the prospect of the administrative law enforcement supervision in the future.
