Study On The Influence Of We-media On Law Enforcement

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and the increasing number of Internet users,our country has entered a rapidly changing information society.In the fourth media-the Internet,everyone has a microphone,everyone is a reporter,everyone is a news communicator,a known as the media(We-Media)era came into being.Since the media is not only the expression of the people,an important channel for the flow of public opinion,pool their wisdom,but also full of violence,attacks,slander,abuse their platform.Some hot issues are the focus of public opinion,malicious amplification in the virtual society,individual or even to the social economy,culture,have had a tremendous impact on life and political influence,and the threat to the social stability and unity and smooth order,also affected the public security organs normal law enforcement activities.How to make good use of the power of the media,to exclude the negative energy from the media,to build a socialist harmonious society,has become the public security organs in the new situation must pay attention to and solve the problem.This article through the discussion from the media to the public security law enforcement influence,analyzes three reasons of the influence,: the adjustment of public security law enforcement is hard to meet the new requirements of the transition period;public management lack of awareness and experience;hard to supervise that makes the negative news,and gives the corresponding solution,strengthening legal system construction and publicity,and improve the ability to manage the network according to law,strengthening the construction of relations between the police and the people and improving the credibility of the public security law enforcement,adding all directional interaction,effective guidance from the media,increasing police training efforts to enhance the ability to cope with the police public opinion...
