Human Resource is the basic headspring that will determine the flourish andenervation of a modern enterprise. It becomes an increasing investigative subject forHuman Resource exploration and management in which personnel performanceevaluation is important and difficult. The vital factor which leads an enterprise to success or nor is Human Resource.Further developments of Daqing Oilfield Corporation depend on the talented personsshe owns. Human Resource is more significant for research institute of explorationand development who is the technological brain man of Daqing Oilfield Corporation.So it is an important task to study the personnel performance evaluation system andestablish the method and mechanism of evaluating talented persons in researchinstitute of exploration and development. Based on talented theory, performance evaluation theory and quantitativeevaluation technology and combined with the reality of research institute ofexploration and development, this report deeply studies the subject of how toperformance evaluation and establishes the applicable and operational personnelperformance evaluation system, which includes evaluation criterion, quantitativecriterion, weighs of the evaluation criterion and Human Resource analyticalsub-system. At last, the performance evaluation theory and method we establish for researchinstitute of exploration and development are integrated into computer system thatrealizes the autoimmunization of performance evaluation.
