Research On The Management Of Leadership Cultivation Of Students That Come From "Formal Education With Integrated Training"

Leadership is regarded as one of the essential abilities of a command officer. To cultivate eligible primary command officer, our military academies that take on the task of "formal education with integrated training" should intensify leadership cultivation of students that come from formal education with integrated training, through the way of management.Based on thorough comprehension of the actuality about management of leadership cultivation in our and foreign countries, especially in our and foreign armies, and with application of research methods thus as method of example-analyzing, method of comparison, method of cases, this paper studies the management on leadership cultivation of students in our military academies. Firstly, the actuality and value of the management on leadership cultivation of students in our military academies is analyzed, and correlative concepts are defined; moreover, with introduction and summary of instances about leadership cultivation of students in West Point, such as management principle, management system, methods to actualize and methods to evaluate, this paper gives references for the research on leadership cultivation of students in our military academies. Secondly, this paper brings forward the diathesis uptrend of leadership cultivation of students in our military academies, about which paper investigation is made in the way of demonstration. Statistical analyses of the investigation finally present 12 kinds of diathesis uptrend in leadership cultivation of students in our military academies, on the basis of which diathesis model of leadership cultivation of students in our military academies is found. Thirdly, considering the realization of the rating criterion in diathesis model of leadership cultivation of students, this paper puts forward the application of systemic and scientific management, and self-management of students. Lastly, methods to evaluate the effect of leadership cultivation of students, especially applications of fuzzy evaluating methods in leadership cultivation of students, are explained. Also, actual evaluate is made through this method.
