Research On The Choice Of Pension Model For Urban Elderly

With the continuous improvement of China's social and economic level,as well as the process of population aging continue to deepen,the elderly pension problem by the community generally concerned.A substantial increase in pension demand,so that the existing pension model and supporting industries are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.At the same time,with the improvement of the social security system,pension model also showed a diversified trend.In such a big environment,what kind of pension model is more in line with the needs of the elderly,pension issues related to the study of an important issue.Based on the deepening of the population aging process and the diversification of the urban elderly pension demand,this paper takes the urban elderly's willingness to choose the pension model as the starting point,adopts the empirical investigation and the way of data analysis,and uses the research method of combining quantitative and qualitative This paper summarizes the trend characteristics of the pension model of the elderly in Changchun City,and analyzes the relevant influencing factors of the elderly's willingness to provide for the elderly,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the pension mode of Changchun and raise the level of the pension service.
