Research On The Management Of Community Correction In Longwang District,Wenzhou City

Community correction management means that judicial administrative organs following the principles of legal norms,fairness and civilization,people-oriented concept,education in person,scientific management,and practical results carry out management activities such as learning and education,psychological intervention,community labor,vocational skills training,and social adaptation to help community prisoners.We enhance their legal and moral literacy,strengthen the sense of confession and encourage them to correct their original bad habits,cultivate a healthy personality and increase the capacity to adapt to society.On the basis of reading a large number of literatures and learning related management theories,I selected the community correction management of Longwan District in Wenzhou as the research object,using public governance theory,public participation theory,new public management theory,new public service theory and other public management theories.Based on the research results of Domestic and foreign community correction management,I use the literature collection method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and comparative research method to propose countermeasures and suggestions for community correction management in Longwan District of Wenzhou City.In the process of researching the management of community correction in Longwan District of Wenzhou City,the article focuses on the community prisoners who have intimate experience in the management of community correction,the family members of the community prisoners who have certain knowledge of the management of community correction,the community residents who have expectations of the management of community correction,and the community correction managers who have more voice in the management of community correction.Interviews and questionnaires were conducted among closely related groups.Through face-to-face interviews and questionnaires,three problems in community correction management are found,including the construction of the main body of community correction management,the connection of community correction management and the cognition of community correction management.There are some problems in the construction of the main body of community correction management,such as unreasonable institutional settings,imperfect management mechanism and weak management team.There are some problems in the connection of community correction management,such as low degree of information sharing,low degree of cooperation between management departments,and low degree of integration of cooperation between prisons and localities.There are some problems in the publicity of community correction management,such as low sense of existence of judicial administrative organs,low awareness and low acceptance of the masses of community correction management,and low degree of the fusion of community correction management.In view of the problems existing in the management of community correction in Longwan District of Wenzhou City,the article which starts with improving the construction of the main body,Solving the problem of cohesion and multi-subject participation puts forward three major problems in the investigation.Then the article puts forward feasible suggestions and explores "building a new model of community correction management with judicial administration as the leading factor and other main bodies as the participants".The research on community correction management in Longwan District enriches the theoretical research on community correction management in the field of public management in Longwan District of Wenzhou City.It improves the theoretical level of community correction management in Longwan District,clearing up the development dilemma and solutions of community correction management in Longwan District.It improves the effectiveness of management and realizes the objective of optimizing social public management in Longwan District.
