Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Correction Management In M County Of D City

With the introduction of relevant laws and implementation methods,the implementation of community correction law enforcement has gradually become standardized.It is a system in which criminals who meet the conditions are placed in the village and supervised,managed or corrected by special state organs with the assistance of social organizations and volunteers.Community correction’s development can be studied with contemporary public management theory,the government ensures its implementation effect,optimizing the allocation of public resources,it ensures social security and stable development,and also saves judicial costs.However,in the actual development process,it will inevitably face a series of problems.This paper takes the community correction management in M County as the research object.First,by examining the background,purpose and significance of community correction in China,combining its development abroad,and taking M County as the starting point,this paper comprehensively analyzes the changes of community correction management,determines the ideas and research,and clarifies the concept and nature of community correction system.Then,by using the comparative research method and the literature research method,collect and sort out the main research of domestic and foreign scholars on community correction management,and conduct field research through questionnaire survey method to summarize the development of community correction management in this county.At the same time,analyze the results,intensive study the problems existing in M County,such as imperfect system support,weak management team,inadequate link connection,stereotyped work formation,backward information means,etc.,and seek new improvement programs with the collaborative participation of the government and social forces to help the community correction objects to be re socialized.On this basis,by means of interviews or some other methods,this paper submits specific implementation countermeasures from the aspects of improving the legal system,finding professionalized personnel,improving the mechanism system,and using scientific and technological means,to improve the construction of the community correction management system,so that the local community correction objects can be integrated into the society in a more smooth way.
