Research On Government Management Innovation In Jinjiang's Smart City Construction

The proposal and application of Smart City is currently regarded as an effective approach to prevent Urban Disease caused by over-fast urbanization construction.It establishes reasonable methods for government management innovation,sophisticated and intellectualized management and sustainable development in the fields of administrative system reform,service-oriented government construction,public service system upgrading,renewal of city management concept and smart government affairs development,etc.Jinjiang,as the top economically strong county,has a great foundation of policy,economy,society,technological environment.As its positive role in applying for national smart city construction pilot,Jinjiang spares no efforts in information infrastructure construction and intellectualized reform on industry development,infrastructure,city management,social governance and health care,etc.Smart city,which is focusing on comprehensive information evolution of people's livelihood,industry development,social management and ecological environment,will be the driving force for Jinjiang to achieve the overall goals of national economy and social development during 13 th Five-Year Plan.However,there are several problems arising in the process,such as problems left by e-governance hindering smart governance,unclear awareness of the concept of Smart City and top design,infrastructure,which limit the benign development of smart city.Targeted at government management innovation in Jinjiang's smart city construction,this article combines the concept and application related to smart city government management innovation,as well as the interrelation between them.The article analyzes the situation and its reasons in government management innovation in Jinjiang's smart city construction.With the application of Multivariate Cooperation Principle and Theory of Government Process Reengineering,the article puts forward approaches and references on government management innovation in Jinjiang's smart city construction,which has practical significance on reduction in resources waste,improvement in administrative efficiency,transformation and upgrading and sustainable development.Finally,the article has carried on the summary and proposed some deficiencies and suggestions.
