Research On The Innovation Of Government Management Mechanism In The Construction Of Smart City

Taking the construction of smart city in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,this paper studies the mechanism innovation of the coordinated development of government governance and scientific and technological progress under the background of skyrockeing science and technology.The introduction part of the paper clarifies the background and significance of the research on innovation of government management mechanism in smart city construction.The traditional government governance system has restricted the healthy development of the city to some extent.Under the joint effect of scientific and technological progress and the transformation of the government governance system,the concept of smart city construction and the popular trend of city construction have come into being.How to adapt to the development of the times,break through the restraint of the existing model,and explore an innovative governance mechanism is the background and significance of this paper.Firstly,through literature review,the concept of smart city construction at home and abroad,the medium and long-term plan of smart city construction and situation analysis of smart city governance are sorted out.Secondly,this paper analyses the role of government in the governance mechanism of smart city from multi-level and multi-angle,and the goal,present situation,existing problems and causes of the innovation of government management mechanism in the construction of smart city.Through literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis,this paper analyses the causes of the problems in the innovation of the management mechanism of smart city construction.Finally,through the research and analysis of this paper,the innovative ideas and Countermeasures of the government management mechanism in the construction of smart cities are put forward.
