Research On China's Grass-roots Trade Unions Role Reform Ender The Background Of Mass

With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy system,the economic and social development of our country has been developed rapidly.From a macro perspective,the government,enterprises and individuals as economic subjects have their specific roles in labor relations.When labor relations conflict,they often need a trade union to represent their employees to compete against the other two subjects.Due to historical reasons,China's trade unions,especially the role of trade unions in enterprises is still strong planned economy color,so that in the face of contradictions,and even workers against incident,affect social harmony and stability of group events,grassroots trade unions "legitimate rights and interests of workers advocate" role often missing or little voice but,under the pressure of local governments,with very administrative color role "strike" or handling appeal cases.In this paper,the method of literature research,questionnaire,interview method and comparative method,combined with the current background of the reform and reform of trade union group,according to China's trade unions out "and administrative organs,aristocratic and entertainment" as a starting point,in-depth analysis of existing problems through empirical research and to the grass-roots trade unions in three aspects the relationship with local governments,enterprises and workers were determined to "three dimensions of human,financial," refine and analyze the problem,reference to some experience and practice abroad,finally draws the conclusion that our country grass-roots trade union organizations in bypassing the "system" factors,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the trade union organization with the local government,grassroots enterprises and staff interaction mechanisms,in order to complete the grass-roots trade union organizations under the new situation of the role of recycling.
