Study Of Civil Servants Training On Huizhou City Food And Drug Supervision And Management System

With the continuous improvement of the quality of our people,more and more people concerned about the activities of the government,which is a new challange to the work of government departments.Civil servants are the leaders of government public utilities management,they are also practitioners,organizers and promoters.Their comprehensive quality is great significance to promote the construction and improvement of government system and governance ability.Food and drug safety is related to the health and safety of the masses of the people.The food and drug supervision and management system,as a department closely related to the people's food and drug safety,is necessary to build a professional and high-quality civil servant team.Civil service training can improve their ability and efficiency.Civil service training research can further scientific,institutionalized,standardized civil service training,which is important for the construction of the civil service.At present,domestic and foreign civil service training research is mainly based on theoretical knowledge and general ability,for the different characteristics of the industry sector,especially food and drug supervision and management departments is still a lack of research.In this paper,Huizhou food and drug supervision and management system of civil service training is the object of study,through literature,research and comparative analysis of a variety of research methods,on the food and drug supervision and management system in Huizhou City,the status of civil service training and related issues is discussed comprehensively.This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the training of civil servants in food and drug supervision and management system of Huizhou City in combination with the theories of human capital theory,learning organization theory,training demand theory and adult learning theory,as well as the reasons of advanced experience analysis at home and abroad.Through the research shows that the training of civil servants in Huizhou City food and drug supervision and management system also has the problems of insufficient training initiative,unscientific design content,single training means,loose training discipline and insufficient training resources,which leads to the current enthusiasm of civil servants to participate in training is not high,the training effect is not good.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the training consciousness,carry out effective training demand analysis,scientific design content,innovative training form,establish training evaluation system,improve training incentive mechanism and increase supervision.
