Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Grass-roots Law Enforcement And Supervision In China

Land enforcement supervision is an important guarantee for the full implementation of the land law and the realization of the state's land management functions and the maintenance of normal land management order.In recent years,land and resources law enforcement supervision and control of the policies and regulations have been continuously improved,land management has been continuously strengthened,the national land macro-control policies have been effectively implemented.However,with the process of urbanization accelerating,the land illegal events show complex cases,the existing laws and regulations are not perfect,local interference still exists,land law enforcement supervision is weak,the relevant institutional mechanisms are not sound and other outstanding problems have not yet been resolved,the new situation New problems followed.Out of land law enforcement to monitor the dilemma,to curb illegal land use phenomenon,to ensure that land resources are fully protected is an urgent problem to be solved in China.In this paper,the author takes grassroots land law enforcement supervision as the research object,and thinks,explores and studies the problems encountered in his own work practice.Based on the current situation of land law enforcement supervision,this paper uses the comparative analysis method,the literature research method and the experience summary method,and combines the author's practice in the grassroots land law enforcement supervision department to explore the grassroots land law enforcement This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the law enforcement supervision at the grassroots level from the three aspects of the country,the local and the system,hoping to provide some reference for the revision and perfection of the land management laws and regulations in the future.
