Research On The Construction Of The Actual Combat Of Police Emergency Equipment

Chinese reformation gets into the deep water area with the threat frequent of mass incidents,anti-china separatist forces,extreme religious and violent terrorist events.China has vast territory,complicated natural environment,and frequent natural disasters.Under this situation,police must complete the construction of police emergency work,and strengthen police emergency ability.“Attaches great importance to the daily and emergency work”as the construction goal,police should complete the construction of its own fighting capacity in order to maintain the social stability.However,in the past emergency events,early warning analysis ability,disposal ability,and maintain stable capability can’t meet the needs of real emergency work;equipment fund can not get full guarantee,information technology equipment equipped with lag behind;emergency capability of police training float to the surface;emergency construction concept obsolete.All of these disadvantages greatly weaken the police logistic work and fundamentally weaken the combat capability.Actual combat level is the basic standard for testing the police fighting capacity.In my view,the concepts of police emergency equipment construction and the direction of the toplevel design of actual combat construction are the basis of emergency logistics work.In this paper,through summarizing the current existing emergency logistics work research,based on the anti-terrorism situation,I put forward my own concepts,principle and content of completing police emergency logistics work.Only from concept of top-level design and development,can we be clear about the goal of police emergency equipment construction.Only to do so,can we ensure the promotion of police emergency operational capability,hold the initiative in our own hands,and escort Chinese political and regime security.
