Research On The Scientific Setting Of The Shooting Events With The Actual Combat Ability

The main function of the competition shooting project is to carry on the examination to the public security organ police's shooting skill through the competition,it is advantageous for the police to be able to deal with the violent crime in the daily law enforcement activity.in recent years,a number of violent terrorist attacks occurred,which put forward higher requirements to police skills,especially shooting skills.As a initiative contest to improve the police to carry out shooting skills,the shooting contest also means the need for competition of shooting project course and the contest process,evaluation criteria that all should be in conformity with the daily police law enforcement.As for the shooting events,the current academic research is still relatively less,more focused on the overall study of the contest.the passage based on the collection of the two national policing skills contest and combat training,assessment of Heilongjiang Province in 2013,"spring" contest shooting project data of HeBei province in 2015,it apply methods of literature research,data analysis,expert interviews,and comparative analysis,find that although the shooting contest made progress in police's shooting skills,it still has some drawbacks,such as the lack of actual oriented subjects,ignoring the pre evaluation of the shooting process,the lack of assessment of moving target shooting and so on.In order to make the shooting events more scientific,this paper puts forward to some suggestions for the competition shooting:The increase of close combat and contest subjects under the low light,put the rapid filling of the bullet shooting into the shooting contest project process,increase of the moving target shooting and setting rules and reduce contest specialist,set the assessment to make the team strain the capacity of the link,put shooting into the pre program shooting shooting project assessment,optimization statistical results,the introduction of expert evaluation mechanism,increase the game summary.,Here,i hope to provide the reference for the future of the competition shooting project organizers,so that the competition shooting project will be more scientific,better play the role of police shooting skills assessment.
