Research On Regional Anti-drug Policing Cooperation Along The Countries Under “The Belt And Road” National Initiative

With the implementation of the Belt and Road national initiative,the countries along the road continue to strengthen their ties to seek the maximization of the interests of member states,and the development of the country has entered into a new period.However,these countries also face the traditional drug safety issues.Because the proposal of Belt and Road is in an open form,it allows any country join into this initiative,so it's unpractical to bring every country in the region into the regional anti-drug policing cooperation,the number of country is huge and the situation is complicate.Therefore,my paper defines the scope of regional anti-drug policing cooperation under the Belt and Road national initiative framework as three drug sources in this region,that is Golden Triangle,Golden Crescent and Black Triangle.Regional anti-drug policing cooperation regards these three drug sources as key points to develop the cooperation.How to use the new cooperation framework under the Belt and Road theory to solve the traditional drug issues reflects the core concept of the Belt and Road national initiative.Golden Triangle and Golden Crescent are drug sources in long history,the international community and surrounded countries attach great importance to their drug control work in this region,governments not only take a series drug control measures,but also take part in bilateral and multilateral police cooperation,which have gained great achievements.Black Triangle is a new drug source,but it has few regional anti-drug police cooperation.According to the challenge of Belt and Road and difficulties of three drug sources,my paper introduce the block of implement regional anti-drug police cooperation,such as wars,domestic political instability,the legal system and different cultural awareness.Facing with the difficulties in regional anti-drug policing cooperation in the three drug sources areas,combine with the Belt and Road and the Aisa Investment Bank mechanism,my paper explores from resources?circulation and terminal aspects to bring the implement regional anti-drug police cooperation conception in Golden Triangle,Golden Crescent and Black Triangle,in order to provide a reference to regional anti-drug police cooperation and help to implement the Belt and Road national initiative.
