Research On The Management Legalization Of The Activity Of Overseas Non-governmental Organizations In China

Since the reform and opening up,various types of international non-governmental organizations have been integrated into China's poverty relief,education and poverty alleviation and other fields,becoming an important force of our country's social development.At the same time,international non-governmental organizations also exposed many problems in the development process.The most prominent contradiction is between the rapid development of INGOS and the backward of our country's management legalization.With the introduction of ?Law of the People's Republic of China on Administration of Activities of Overseas Nongovernmental Organizations in the Mainland of China?,China has a legal basis for the administration of non-governmental organization.We should take this as an opportunity to speed up the introduction of supporting the implementation of the rules,establishing a specialized management agency,improving the appropriate management mechanism and the management of foreign non-governmental organizations.Based on the theoretical basis of the management legalization of overseas non-governmental organizations from the perspective of overall national security,this article makes full use of literature research,theoretical research,empirical research and other methods to analyze the necessity for management legalization of overseas non-governmental organizations.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current problems in the management of overseas non-governmental organizations,starting from the current situation of management in China.Putting forward some suggestion based on the national conditions from three dimensions of optimizing of the laws and regulations,the establishment of administrative management mechanism and strict tax management to optimize the management of the government.
