Research On Public Security Mediation From The Perspective Of Conflict Management

Public security mediation has deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,as the most commonly used method,with the grass-roots public security organs to resolve civil disputes.With the higher advantages of low cost,short time consuming and convenience to people to solve civil disputes,mediation of public security became the preferred way.With social development and transformation,however,the public security mediation is more and more can't keep up with the pace of social development and changes.The mediation has appeared lots of problems,such as the lack of mediation policies,theory,the law enforcement authority and standard.Many policemen are puzzled by these problems.So grass-roots public security organs is urgently in need of a set of scientific theories to guide its work.Through the understanding of the research status of conflict management in China and the West,we can have a clear understanding of the concept and type of conflict management,so as to understand and grasp the theory and thought of conflict management systematically.Public security mediation is a type of conflict management,that is,a specific method of third-party intervention.The advantages of public security mediation are very obvious.However,there are also some problems existing in the mediation work,such as the lack of mediation theory,the lack of mediation strategy,non-standardized mediation business and weak enforcement authority of police,which requires a basic mediation path under the guidance of conflict management theory,so as to make the work of the security security mediation staff can be carried out systematically and scientifically and step by step.Public security mediation work follows the basic principles of mediation,and fully uses “four-in-one” three-dimensional public security mediation methods and techniques to resolve civil contradictions and disputes under the guidance of public security mediation strategy.Of course,in order to achieve the desired results and achieve the leaps and bounds of the mediation work,it's necessary to learn from the theory,carry out business training,improve the system and achieve information technology to strengthen the construction.In short,under the guidance of conflict management theory,we should actively summarize and find the problems existing in the current public security mediation work,and provide new ideas and new ways to solve the dilemmas in public security mediation work through the path design of public security mediation work,so as to maintain the stability of social order.
