An Analysis Of European Refugee And Asylum Policy Under Refugee Crisis In Europe

With the development of globalization,regional integration is also gradually affecting the Westphalia-based system of nation-state.It takes European integration as a model and EU member states engage in-depth exchanges and development in the political,economic,cultural and other aspects.However,with the enlargement and integration of the EU,the situation in the region has become turbulent and the migration has become more frequent.Refugees in immigrant groups are increasingly becoming the focus of the world for their particularity.The massive outbreak of refugee crises in Europe in 2015 has brought unprecedented challenges to Europe.Since the signing of the Schengen Agreement in 1985,three large-scale refugee crises in Europe,that is,a large number of Middle East refugees after the drastic changes of the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,have flowed into Western Europe.The second is that Kosovo war has caused a large number of refugees to enter Albania and Europe.The third is the current large number of refugees in the Middle East caused by the refugee crisis in Europe.This paper analyzes the policy of European refugees since the signing of the Schengen Agreement in 1985.It has experienced the policy easing from the liberalization of the border to the Dublin Convention,and finally to the consolidation of the refugee policy into the EU Judiciary and Housekeeping.Changes in Common Refugee Policy Development.Throughout the development process of the refugee policy,we try to explore how the European member countries respond to the emerging European refugee crisis in the context of the integration of the EU,focusing on combing and analyzing the different policies adopted by the Western and Eastern European countries on refugee issues.Germany,Eastern Europe to Visegrad Group,for example,by exploring the causes of different refugee policies in Eastern and Western Europe,paving the way for the analysis of the relationship between refugee policy and European integration.With the continuous development of European integration,the European refugee policy has made a lot of achievements in promoting EU border governance,promoting cooperation among member countries and helping refugee rights to obtain and promoting refugee integration.However,it is not difficult to find that the EU refugee policy but also faced with the identity of the screening of the dispute,the internal and external difficulties in Europe,populism forces rise,the European values by the refugee shock and other dilemmas,and even exacerbate the vulnerability of the EU political foundation,the European refugee crisis,the rise of European forces,The voice of integration is more intense.Nevertheless,the EU cannot close the door to accept immigration and asylum seekers,and the future trend of refugee policy under European integration will inevitably develop and realize the common refugee policy.
