Research On Evaluation Of Mission Oriented Adaptability Of C4ISR System Structure

With the rapid advance of the new military revolution,the pattern of the war is changing greatly.New military missions are emerging,and the cooperation between the combat units is becoming more and more extensive.As a result,the C4 ISR system should meet higher requirements.Whether it can adapt to the dynamic change of the cooperative relationship and diversified military missions has become an important challenge for the C4 ISR system.In view of the evaluation of adaptability of C4 ISR system,this paper mainly studied the following contents:(1)explored the evaluation content and process of the mission oriented structural adaptability of C4 ISR systemThis paper analyzed the mission oriented adaptability of the C4 ISR system from the view of system structure,put forward the concept and characteristics of system structure adaptability,and proposed the evaluation content and process.(2)proposed the model building method of the military mission and the system structure.Based on the architecture data of C4 ISR system,the military mission model and system structure model are constructed to provide the model support for the system structure adaptability evaluation.(3)proposed a method for generating and selecting the system structure scheme.In view of the military mission,the generation method of the candidate scheme is proposed.On the basis of the above,the scheme selection strategy is put forward,which aims to choose the system structure matching scheme from the candidates.(4)proposed a method for evaluating the mission oriented adaptability of the system structure.In order to evaluating the adaptability,four evaluation indexes are proposed,and the adaptability of the system is evaluated using these indexes.(5)case studyUsing the coastal warship defense combat system as an example,the mission adaptability evaluation process was introduced to verify the feasibility of the method presented in this paper.
