A Study On The Construction Of Adaptability Evaluation System For The Aged And Its Application In Suburban Villages

With the increasingly serious phenomenon of urban and rural population aging,our country is confronted with the double pressure of the expansion of the demand of the aging environment and the increasing burden of social old-age care.Meanwhile,the improvement of the level of social and economic development has changed people’s concept of old-age care and requirements,challenging the traditional family-based and institutional old-age care model,and the rural old-age model has been recognized by more and more people.Among them,with its location traffic advantages,natural landscape characteristics and local cultural characteristics,the rural areas have become a pioneering area for the rural leisure pension,rural long-term old-age,which is a significant way to alleviate the pressure of aging in urban and rural areas.However,the construction of the standard of aging in the suburb village of our country lags far behind the development of its aging industry and the old-age service.In view of this,this paper sets a up comprehensive evaluation system to judge the level of aging in suburb villages,with a view to filling the gaps in the field of rural aging evaluation,providing reference for the selection and construction of rural old-age sites in the suburbs.This paper studies the construction and application of the aging evaluation system in suburb village.First of all,according to the demand and requirements of the evaluation system of suburban village,it definites the purpose and significance of the paper research.It explains the relevant concepts and research objects,contents and methods,and formulating the research framework.Through the literature review,it understands the characteristics of suburb village,learning and drawing lessons fromthe contents and methods of aging evaluation.Combined with the relevant theories,it determines the core connotation of the evaluation system of the suburb village’s aging.Secondly,through the case summary,it combs the five elements of the aging resources of suburban villages,establishing the basic framework of evaluation indicators.Based on literature reading and frequency statistics,it initially identified 41 evaluation factors.Through the questionnaire survey,it collects 271 basic data from the selection ofevaluation indicators;Through factor analysis(SPSS),it extracts11 common factors and screened 35 evaluation indicators as the final evaluation index of aging in suburb villages.Third,it constructs the hierarchy of the evaluation index system for the aging of suburb village,which is divided into 1 target layer(A),5 criteria layer(B),11 element layer(C),35 index layer(D);Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,it determines the weight value of the indicator and formulates the four-point scoring method and 35 scoring criteria.Weighted total score by indicator,it obtains the criteria for the evaluation results of both scoring and gradingFinally,by selecting the oldness evaluation of Gongjia Dawan,Zhongfen Weiwan and Cilin Luowan in Huangpi District of Wuhan City,it is concluded that all three have the potential for the development of aged,",delineating them as the old-age villages in the first,second and third-tier suburbs,so as to put forward three-level planning proposals of"repair","optimization" and "perfection",which tests the practicality of the evaluation system.
