In recent years, the academic circle has gradually paid attention on the quantify study of organizational culture by the influence of New public management and Osborne’s Entrepreneurial Government.It is a new research method that applying the classical mode of organizational culture measure and value the organization of public sector with international general.Yunnan Socialism College is a college of politics with the character of the united front leaded by the Chinese Communist Party. It is a united party of the democratic parties and personages without party affiliation and is also an important part of education and training system for party and national cadre. Researching the organizational culture of Yunnan Socialism College not only create a precedent of quantify study in the field of the National Socialism college system, but also provide theory reference and practical guidance. At the same time, it enrich research subjects of public organizational culture and explore experience for model and scale of localization organizational culture by the guidance of core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This study,from the perspective of the theory of organizational culture,is conducted to measure,diagnose in order to further explore and demonstrate the impact of on promoting the theory of organizational culture comprehensive construction of Yunnan Socialism College and on showing that training education of non-party representive people is working. By the combination of organizational status, it in meant to choose an international and mature model as well as a Denison’s Organizational Culture Question as the way of quantify anlysis and employ SPSS as its data processing.This paper mainly takes some measure, like as literature survey, analogy, deductive method and questionnaire survey, combine qualitative and quantified method. The paper are composed of five parts:First, it mostly sketch the reason of title, the objective,the research method and significance of the paper, also contains correlation research status at home and abroad and so on;Second, it mainly interprets the choice and amelioration of the model, and research hypothesis; Third, it designs questionnaire and analyses samples according to the choice of the model; Fourth, it chiefly disposes and analyses the figures; Fifth, it makes a conclusion about organizational culture research of Yunnan socialism college, putting forward constructive suggestion for helping and enlightening our organizational culture.
