The Power Interaction Of National-Social Governance Subject Of Urban Community Under The National-Market-Social Perspective

In the past 30 years since the reform and opening,the "unit system" has gradually become disintegrated,and the "community" has gradually become the basic living space of the people.At the same time,as the government transforms its own functions,the enterprises deepen the reform and take the service functions transferred from the government and enterprises and social functions.The community has become the basic unit of social management,reform and opening up so that China's social structure has changed,the market organization,the rise of social organizations,social management from the original national one unitary management into the country,market,social three departments constitute multiple social governance.Therefore,in the context of the community to play an important role in social management,the study of urban communities as the epitome of Chinese society,in the national-market-social perspective of the state-the two main governance in the community governance in the power of what,what The interaction of power is of great significance to the good development of community construction and the effective realization of social governance.Based on the theory of governance,this paper studies the interaction national-social governance subject of urban community by using literature,empirical research and qualitative research on national-market-social perspective.First of all,this article from the institutional level analysis of the current in the urban community,directly involved in community governance in the country-what are the main body of society,their ability to exercise in community governance,what kind of power interaction between each other.At the same time,through the investigation of the J community in Chongqing,this paper analyzes the actual situation of community governance and the interaction of power,which is actually owned by the urban community-the main body of the social governance,including the street in the state sector to the work committee and the community party branch,Social inter-office neighborhood offices and community neighborhood committees,community party branches and community neighborhood committees,and horizontal social sector organizations.On the basis of this,it points out that the dilemma of the interaction between the state community and the main body of social governance has the power confrontation between the subject of the state department and the social department.At the end of the article,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the interaction between the nation-social governance subject by means of the reference of the interactive relationship of the foreign community governance power,and should be carried out from the rational relationship between the state and the social governance subject and the cultivation of the social organization.
