Study On The Social Integration Of Released Prisoners

From a sociological perspective,emancipists is a special social group,who have their own weaknesses and shortcomings,together with negative definition from society make the group more marginalized.Misunderstandings from the outside and wrong self cognition result in their difficulty in social integration.In return,this will lead to misunderstanding and prejudice against society among the emancipists.They will show more confusion even hatred towards life and society and the negative feeling will have bad impact on social stability.In recent years,lots of research have been done on the social integration of emancipists.How to help the released prisoners back to society better is a problem that we are eager to solve.Using a qualitative research method,the paper makes a case investigation on Qijia community of Jingyue District in the east of Chanchun based on theories concerning social integration support The paper explores the social integration of emancipists from the perspectives of family,finance,social life,psychology and career development.The problems they encountered in the process are analyzed and solutions to facilitating emancipists' social interaction are also proposed in order to maintain social stability.
