Research On The Predicament Of Social Integration Of Released Prisoners And Educational Countermeasures

Strengthening and innovating social governance to maintain the social harmony and stability,are the important content of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which have been put forward on the report of 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.As one of the main factors affecting social stability and harmony,the emancipists has become a key issue for social governance.Helping emancipists to integrate into society can not only prevent them from committing crimes and achieve personal development,but also accelerate the construction of a harmonious society.In this context,the issue of social integration of emancipist has gradually become the center of academic attention.However,most of the studies on the social integration of emancipists in China have taken the perspective of sociology and jurisprudence,and less on education.The purpose of this paper is to study the social integration of emancipists,analyzes the four dimensions of economic,psychological,cultural,political integration,and explores the reasons that affect the social integration of the emancipists,then provides a variety of options for the emancipists integration from the perspective of education,in order to promote the theoretical and practical development of the emancipists social integration.The main content of this paper includes five parts:The first part expounds the research purpose and significance of topic selection,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,determines the research methods,and defines the core concepts.The second part discusses the theories of Bourdieu's capital,social exclusion and transformation learning,which provide theoretical support for this study.The third part,by means of interview and observation,the situation of four emancipists' integration into the society can be understood,providing fresh materials for the analysis of the plight and causes of the social integration of emancipists.The fourth part,based on the actual situation of social integration of four emancipists,this paper analyzes their difficulties in social integration from four aspects of economic,psychological,cultural and political,and summarizes the internal and external factors that influence the social integration of emancipists.In the fifth part,according to the causes of social integration,this paper put forward the education countermeasures to promote the social integration of emancipists.
