The Post-Occupancy Evaluation For Intelligent System Of Quanzhou Municipal Government

In the post evaluation of government investment projects in our country does not have a standard process,especially in the field of intelligent building after the post evaluation is basically a blank.In this paper,the perspective of the government investment project management,try to use the means of post project evaluation,the city administrative center of the intelligent construction project from a technical point of view of a thorough combing,analysis and summary.Firstly,a large number of literature data carries on the contrast analysis,summed up the project post evaluation of several common methods;secondly according to actual situation of Quanzhou City Administrative Service Center intelligence projects,choose the suitable evaluation method.Finally,the organization of expert group of content by item analysis,evaluation,and draw the final conclusion.According to the particularity of the intelligent project,this paper designs a series of evaluation terms and algorithms based on the national standard.The design scheme of the group of experts after the demonstration,one by one control site review.Finally,according to the results of the analysis and summary,and put forward the optimization.Unifies our country government investment project based on the evaluation of the current situation and foreign perfect management mechanism,the project is for the countermeasures and puts forward some proposals to perfect our country government investment project management system,to our country government investment project post evaluation management work of carding and prospect.The innovation of this paper lies in the goal of the government to invest in the forefront of intelligent projects.
