Nowadays,with the repid development of internet and the deepening of the level of social informatization.New media accounts for larger and larger ratio in communication system,and its influence has already surpassed the traditional media,the generalization and equity of participating subject,the communicating interaction and timeliness of subject and object has brought opportunity and challenges to public security propaganda.Meanwhile,social contradiction appears sharper,concept of value,social ideology and multiple subject of interests bring about impact to the concept of value of the police as well as the whole public,the critic of the public on the police force has become diverse which presents higher level of demanding to the collection and study and determination of the contents of public security propaganda,the innovation of publicity,the interaction and feedback of the society.As a result,in the new era of new media,the innovation of public security propaganda system is the inevitable choice suitable to the requirement of times and the development of public security propaganda,it greatly facilitates the smooth development of public security propaganda work as well as the construction of police culture,it also benefits the normalization construction of police force and creating a ideal social environment,therefore,a research into the innovation of public security propaganda system is necessary and timingly.Guided by the relevant theory on the communication from the authors of classical Marxism and statements on the propaganda from communist party of China,the writer expands the basic conception of the era of new media and the innovation of public security propaganda system.Striking a firm foundation for the analysis of the meaning and benefits of the initiation of public security propaganda system in the age of new media.Further more,the write put forward a basic countermeasure for the initiation of public security propaganda system in the age of new media under of premise of the problem existing in public security propaganda system by way of expanding the selecting system for the establishment of the contents of public security propaganda,the interaction system of an initiative society,optimization of assessment system,protecting the guarantee system of personnel training.
